This site is run by Rekall Industries Limited, 1442 Pottstown Pike, #3135, West Chester, PA 19380, USA ("Rekall", "we", "us"). This policy covers this website, enquiries you send us, and business contact we have with you at events or meetings.
In Australia, this site is run by Rekall Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 49 676 764 382), A1, 35-39 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 ("Rekall", "we", "us"), part of the Rekall Industries group headquartered in the United States. This policy covers this website, enquiries you send us, and business contact we have with you at events or meetings, and explains how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Our apps (such as the ReUse and ReVive apps) and the Rekall ventures (JOHTAA, VAKT, Otter and Pulse) have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, organization, role and anything you include in a message or form, along with the topics you tell us you're interested in. If we meet at an event, we may keep the business contact details you share with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the site that referred you and your approximate location based on your IP address.
Information from others. We may receive business contact details from partners, distributors or people who introduce us, and from public sources such as company websites and professional networking profiles.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details through this site. Please don't send it to us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide information, quotes, products and services, manage our relationship with you, run pilots and partnerships, improve the site, keep the site and our systems secure, meet our legal obligations and, where you've agreed or the law allows, send you updates. You can opt out of updates at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with service providers who help us run the business (for example website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email and analytics providers), other Rekall group entities and Rekall ventures where your enquiry relates to them, our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. If we're ever involved in a merger, sale or restructure, information may pass to the new owner under the same protections.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where it's stored
Rekall operates in the United States and Australia, and our service providers may store or process information in those and other countries. Wherever your information goes, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's protected to the standard described in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or de-identify it.
Keeping it secure
We protect information with technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure cloud hosting. Our information security policies are designed in line with ISO 27001 principles. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others, such as Google Analytics, help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site will still work without analytics cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- get a copy of it
- correct it
- ask us to delete it
- opt out of sale, targeted advertising or profiling (we don't do these, but you can still ask)
- appeal a decision we make about your request
To make a request, email privacy@rekallindustries.com. We'll need to verify your identity before acting on it, and you can use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it's wrong, out of date or incomplete. You can also deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym where that's practical, though we may not be able to help with some enquiries without your details.
To make a request or a complaint, email privacy@rekallindustries.com. We'll acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including the Rekall ventures' sites and app stores. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was updated.

By using this site you agree to these terms. You must use it lawfully and must not try to access areas that aren't meant to be public, interfere with how it runs, introduce malicious code, or copy or harvest its content using automated tools.
Information on this site
The content on this site is general information about Rekall and what we do. It isn't professional advice and it isn't an offer to supply. Product details, specifications, availability and pricing can change, and anything we supply is covered by a separate written agreement or quote. Images may show prototypes, renders or sample screens.
Our intellectual property
The content, design, logos and names on this site, including Rekall, ReUse, ReVive and ReFabricate, belong to Rekall or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
What you send us
Please don't send confidential or commercially sensitive information through our forms. If we need to discuss something confidential, we'll put an appropriate agreement in place first.
Links to other sites
We're not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to, including those run by the Rekall ventures, which operate as separate businesses.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Rekall against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Pennsylvania.
For visitors in Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of New South Wales.
